Reinstating Late Fees, Non-Payment Penalties, and Disconnection of Water Service

St. John's Water Company hopes that you and your family are doing well during these unprecedented times.  Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we have not charged late fees or non-payment penalties on water bills or disconnected water service due to non-payment for the months of March, April, and May 2020 as a courtesy to our customers.

In an effort to get back to normal operations, we will not be disconnecting water for non-payment in June 2020, however we will be reinstating the late fee for bills that are past due on June 25, 2020.  Water bills that are not paid by June 25, 2020 will be charged the normal 10% late fee.

On July 15, 2020 we will be reinstating the non-payment penalty fee and the disconnection of water service for non-payment.  Per the normal procedure, on July 16, 2020 accounts that are more than $25.00 and 45 days past due will be charged the $35 non-payment penalty fee and water service will be disconnected.
